We offer free returns for customers in Canada, the USA, Switzerland, Norway, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, European Union countries, Japan and South Korea.
Please note that free returns are available only from the same country as a delivery address.
Customers can return their orders, entirely or partially, within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and the same box sent by Dolita. Footwear should be placed inside its original shoe box and a shipping box to prevent any damage during transportation. The shoe soles must be clean and show no signs of use. DOLITA reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To initiate a return, please submit a request through your DOLITA account. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process.
Please follow this step-by-step guide to initiate a return request:
Step 1 - Access your "Order History" from your account page;
Step 2 - Choose the order you wish to return in the section "Order History" and click "Return Order";
Step 3 - You will receive an automated confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item. If you can't find this email, please check the spam and junk folders;
Step 4 - Print the label out and carefully follow the instructions.
EXCHANGES
DOLITA does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
REFUNDS
Once returned shoes have been quality-checked and approved, DOLITA will issue a refund to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have received the returned product. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
FREQUENT RETURNS
We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. Therefore, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team if you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently find merchandise unsatisfactory.
Our system will automatically flag frequent returns made from the same account. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may act by blocking an account and cancelling future orders.
