Q: How do I create an account?

A: To create an account, click here and follow the prompts to set up a secure account. To create an account, you must provide the following information: name, last name, email address and create password. You can change your account information anytime; this information is confidential and never shared with third parties.

Q: How can I change my password?

A: To change your password, go to your Account login page or click here and click on Forgot your Password. Email instructions on changing your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?

Q: How can I return an item?

A: If unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. To initiate a return, please submit a return request through your DOLITA account. Please refer to our Return Policy page or contact our Customer Care team for more information.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Once your purchase has been completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. You can find the estimated delivery times once the parcel has been handed to DHL. United States of America, Canada: 3-5 business days. Rest of the world: 4-6 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: DOLITA ships worldwide with DHL Express. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and a following Shipping Confirmation email once your order ships. You will find your tracking information and invoice in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Q: Why isn’t my tracking number working or showing tracking updates?

A: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be displayed on the tracking page.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order? 

A: Modifying or canceling your order is possible if it has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, it is impossible to modify your order or change the size or item once your order has been shipped. Q: Where can I find an invoice for my order?

A: Your invoice will be able to be downloaded as a PDF file from the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive once your order ships.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once returned shoes have been quality-checked and approved, DOLITA will issue a refund to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have received the returned product. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: DOLITA does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Q: Do sold-out items get restocked?

A: Our website reflects the actual availability of items in our warehouses and stores. If a size is no longer available, it is sold out. However, some items may be restocked. We recommend you periodically check the item page or the collections for new size availability and sign up for our Newsletter to stay up to date for all new arrivals and restocks.

Q: How can I receive promotions?
